What’s better than lakeside entertainment? FREE lakeside entertainment! Hughes Landing hosts live music events every Thursday night on Lake Woodlands. These events feature local and regional music groups performing everything from classic rock and pop to Motown.
Chairs, coolers, and picnic baskets are permitted. However, we do recommend complying with CDC recommendations and practicing social distancing when in public spaces.

Walk in the Woods: Friends of Texas Wildlife with Cathie Coudert
Are you an animal lover? Friends of Texas Wildlife presents “Walk in the Woods”, a program detailing the importance of wildlife care and rehabilitation. Attendees will learn more about native creatures and what to do if they encounter an animal in need.

The Nutcracker
Looking for some Christmas cheer? The Vitacca School for Dance presents “The Nutcracker”, which tells the story of a girl named Clara who embarks on a magical journey from her home on Christmas Eve into the Land of Snow and Kingdom of Sweets.
This performance is perfect for all ages! Socially distanced tables are available with seating for two, three, four, six, and eight people. Tickets go on sale October 25.
